FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: device for growing of plants in a greenhouse with a rack hydroponic unit uses optical radiation sources 7, 8, 9 and a reflector. The reflector presents horizontal pipe 1, which is secured on rack 3 and has air supply mechanism 10 on one end, and light reflecting screen 11 that is free for air passage - one the opposite side. Optical radiation sources 7, 8, 9 are located inside reflector 1, source 7 is located in the center along the axis of reflector 1, and sources 8 and 9 - in its lower zone on the two sides of plant 6. EFFECT: reduced energy expenditures in greenhouse, decreased losses of light energy and enhanced productivity of plants. 4 cl, 3 dwg
