FIELD: agriculture; plant growing. SUBSTANCE: device comprises irradiation system having sources of optical radiation 7,8, and reflector. According to the invention, the device has a drive for independent reversible motion of two optical radiation sources 7,8 around the plant, arranged on both sides of plant 6. Reflector is made as a pipe 1 secured on rack 3 and provided with arcuate guides 9,10,11,12 at the ends for movement of end holders of optical radiation sources 7,8.
