The step positioning mechanism of the mark holder is made in the form a working cylinder, a pneumohydraulic proportioner and accumulator. The rod ends of the working cylinder and the accumulator are connected to the hydraulic cavity of the proportioner made with two cavities of different diameter. The large diameter cavity of the proportioner is connected to a controllable pneumatic distributor of a strike mechanism.
