FIELD: molding of cellular articles. SUBSTANCE: extrusion head body has inlet and outlet faces. System of cylindrical holes with parallel axes is made on the side of inlet face. Arranged on the outlet face side are two grates of intersecting channels which form many rod cores. Additionally made between the first and second grates is, at least, one auxiliary grate of channels for intermediate depth relative to depth of the first and second grates. Channels of all grates, except for the second one are with different width in depth. EFFECT: higher quality of articles due to increased pressure of extrusion and reduction of extrusion sectional area from inlet to outlet. 6 cl, 4 dwg
