FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cooler grate of grid-iron shearing type for cooling of clinker in cement production industry. The cooler grate is manufactured by moulding with the subsequent machining and consists of two parts fastened among themselves by two bolted connections - the top one, made of heat-resistant and/or heat resisting steel, and the bottom one, made of cheaper steel with smaller, than that of the top part, heat resistance and/or heat stability, for example of the structural alloyed or non-alloyed steel, mutually fastened with bolted connections - front and back ones, each with the bolt located vertically between the elements of the front and back stops contacting among themselves due to nut tightening which reliably fix both parts of the cooler grate from mutual longitudinal and cross shifts.
EFFECT: decrease of cost of production and possibility of replacement during scheduled or emergency repairs of refrigerator only of worn-out top part of the cooler grate, leaving its non-worn-out bottom part for repeated (subsequent) use.
