FIELD: fixed ratio transmissions. SUBSTANCE: gearshift mechanism has cam with shaped slots. Fitted on cam is cylindrical projection and sockets are made to fix second and third neutral. Gearshifting sector, in addition to shaped slots for travel of bracket with reverse and forward gears shifter forks, has radius slots with chamfers. These slots and chambers engage with cylindrical projection of cam and set cam in fixed neutral position corresponding to shifted-in speed gear and preclude engagement of other gears.
