FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: a stator is mounted stationary. A disk and a ring are located correspondingly over and under a rotor. Flow-type canals, central and ring-shaped cavities with located between them blades of guiding apparatus with canals formation are made inside the rotor. Bulges are made in the disk and ring. The disk has windows, that have connecting strips. The stator has radially located deflectors, cavities between which are limited by bulges of the disk and the ring. Flow-type canals of the rotor from exit side are oriented to deflectors in opposite direction from entry. Exits from canals between blades of guiding apparatus and entries in flow-type canals of the rotor are joined by a ring-shaped cavity. Deflectors and located between them cavities are positioned so as to form a stationary part of a closed system. Connecting strips between the windows in bulges of the disk, bulges of the ring and surface of rotor are located so as to form movable part of the closed system.
