FIELD: manufacture of engines. SUBSTANCE: components of device form three isolated thermodynamic systems which are tightly enclosed one in another. First thermodynamic system forms fixed combustion chamber 6 and movable combustion chamber 13 which are separated from each other. Fixed combustion chamber 6 with its cooler - steam superheater 23 which facilitates obtaining hydrogen and oxygen from water is used to receive working medium and to effect thermodynamic chemical changes and movable combustion chamber 13 located on main rotor 1 through output shaft 2 is used to convert energy of expanding gases to useful work. The second thermodynamic system which hermetically encloses the first one is made in form of isolated chambers; the second thermodynamic system cools components of first thermodynamic system with water, air and working medium and ensures its normal thermodynamic operation. The third thermodynamic system which hermetically encloses second thermodynamic system is heat insulated due to formation of hollow evacuated chambers in form of Dewar flask in body of housing.
