FIELD: medicine and household appliances. SUBSTANCE: fitted in shell with radial holes is housing with axial bore and closed circular grooves on outer cylindrical surface. Seats of suction and discharge valves are formed on opposite ends of housing and are provided with seals, springs and attachment members. Balls are in contact with upper end of cover. Flexible plate with through bow slots is placed between lower end of cover and housing. Safety valve has spring-loaded ball shutoff member and nut. Cover has channels, central hole and spaces independent from each other. Each space communicates with corresponding suction of discharge branch and, through channels in cover and slots in plate, with corresponding valve in housing. Axle is installed in central holes of washer, cover and housing, is sealed in cover and is fixed in axial bore of housing. Channels in cover are made in form of spiral slots.
