FIELD: technological processes; pump building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for pumping of dense liquids with abrasives, in particular, to piston pumps, for example, to drilling and oil-field pumps. Proposed pump comprises casing with suction chamber accommodating, at least, one cylindrical bore, piston with rod and shut-off element of pressure valve with spring and seat made up of ball with central through hole fitted inside cylinder ahead of cover. Cylinder is made in the form of barrel with central hole in bottom part. Reverse side of the seat serves as saddle of the suction valve, the shutoff element of which is made in the form of the sleeve enveloping the piston with formation of the working and rod cavities. On the reverse side of the piston in the rod, the collar is made in response to the central hole in the bottom part of the cylinder. Cover and shutoff device of pressure valve are equipped with mating central cylindrical blind hole and guide rod to form chamber of variable volume. Valve seat is made in the form of a ball with a through axial hole, internal cylinder hole in the middle part is conical to interact with the seat.
EFFECT: disclosed is pump for pumping of dense liquids with abrasives.
