FIELD: fluidics. SUBSTANCE: active and passive mediums are fed to a jet apparatus to active and passive nozzles at subsonic speed, the mediums are mixed in a conical mixing chamber to form a two-phase mixture accelerated up to the sonic speed and then up to the supersonic speed - in an expansion chamber. An oblique shock is formed at the inlet of a throat for decelerating the mixture with a corresponding static pressure gradient after the shock, the flow is transformed into a single phase flow. The shock static pressure must be smaller than half the sum of the deceleration pressure after the shock and the static pressure ahead of the shock. The throat diameter is equal to 1-3 of the hydraulic diameter of the mixing chamber outlet cross section. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 10 cl, 4 dwg
