FIELD: engine devices and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: jet heat pump is made with a flowing part that contains a nozzle for active medium including a confuser, a neck and an expanding portion, a confusion chamber with profiled openngs for supplying feedwater, a supersonic diffuser consisting of a confuser, a neck and an expanding section, and a subsonic diffuser. The confusor of the supersonic diffuser is made with a variable cone angle, the angle being chosen from 10° up to 15° at the entrance to the confuser and from 20° up to 35° at the output from the confuser.
EFFECT: increase the pressure of the jet heat pump by reducing hydraulic losses in the supersonic diffuser.
