The ratio of the minimum cross section area of the jet apparatus mixing chamber to the flow area of the outlet cross section of a fluid feeding device is from 8 to 200. The ratio of the distance between the outlet cross section of the fluid feeding device and the end of the mixing chamber to the diameter of the minimum cross section of the mixing chamber is determined from a particular relation. The longitudinal axis of the jet apparatus forms with the fluid mirror in the separator an angle equal to 0-75°. EFFECT: improved structure. 5 dwg
