SUBSTANCE: device has regulating transistors 5, 6 connected in opposite-polarity buses which collectors are connected to input terminals 1,2; optronic device 14 phototransistor 16 of which is interconnected between the bases of transistors 5, 6 and light-emitting diode 15 is connected in an output circuit of feed-back amplifier 9 composed of transistors 11, 10 connected in differential circuit; output voltage divider and reference voltage source 12. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, for in the case of breakthrough of one of transistors 1, 2 the device ensures a stable voltage for user, simplified circuit. 1 dwg
