FIELD: pulse devices. SUBSTANCE: device has pulse oscillator, pulse transformer, voltage stabilizer having transistor amplifier with voltage scaling circuit and load, delay unit and thyristor. Decoupling capacitor is connected between voltage scaling circuit and base of amplifying transistor. Circuit that has high-frequency diode, clipping resistor and direct current power supply, which are connected in series, is connected between base of amplifying transistor and ground wire. When output voltage of power supply is changed, range of carrier frequency at load output is shifted during pulse. This results in possibility to tune frequency of load according to user frequency. EFFECT: increased field of application due to possibility to regulation of amplitude of output voltage resulting in shift of carrier frequency of load radio pulses. 1 dwg
