FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: insulation body of multicontact socket houses two plugs and jacks manufactured from current-conducting material in the form of springy contact elements. Jacks and plug of each pole are stamped out of one piece of sheet material in the form of semicircles arranged in opposition. Distance between opposite points of inner surfaces of semicircles of jacks is less than diameter of plug. Grooves which depth is equal to length of connected plugs are made in body in pocket of joint of halves of jacks.
