FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: compensation of single- phase currents of faults to ground is accomplished by arc-suppression transformer 16, low-voltage reactor 23 connected via closed single-phase isolator 22 to terminals of low-voltage winding 21 with grounding of one of leads of specified winding with the use of grounding electrode 24. To prevent ferro-resonance phenomena with surges of voltage and current harmful to insulation of electric equipment with the aid of control circuit composed of relay protection 25, switching-on circuit 26 and switching gear 8 resistor load 9 is connected to line leads-out of main low-voltage winding 5 of voltage transformer. Shunting of line leads-out of low-voltage winding 7 with two resistors 12, 13 is ensured with the help of time relay 27, switching unit 28 and switching gear 14.
