FIELD: light industry. SUBSTANCE: chair-bag has carcass with pairs of different-length poles, which are connected by pivotal shaft working as common cross-piece. Flexible seat is secured to carcass cross-pieces. Bag, platform and wheeled supports are fixed to longer poles. Additional bags are fixed to shorter poles. Locking device has shackle with double-sided slots at its end and finger rigidly secured to pole. Shackle is mounted on pole. Longer poles are made curved in conformance with shape of chair or arm-chair. EFFECT: increased convenience by providing easy conversion of chair into bag. 3 cl, 4 dwg
