FIELD: medical science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary devices for stretcher transportation and is used for evacuation of wounded from the battlefield. An evacuation trolley consists of a wheel, a fork, a frame for the stretcher poles fastening, a U-shaped step and a unit of trolley transformable state control handles provided with a rope mechanism; the fork is made of two triangular legs arranged on both sides of the wheel. Frame consists of support and retaining parts, where support part is rigid structure of longitudinal profiles and connected to them crossbars. Fork frame is equipped with locking device with locking element connected by rope mechanism with control handles unit and interacting in vertical position of trolley with mating locking element. Fork leg is equipped with locking device with locking element connected by cable mechanism with block of control handles and interacting in vertical position of trolley with mating locking element arranged on first longitudinal profile of bearing part.
EFFECT: improved technical and operational characteristics of evacuation trolley.
