FIELD: domestic equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has base with two vertical poles, two clamping members with depressions for receiving nut, lever pivotally coupled with one clamping member. Both clamping members are pivotally coupled with vertical poles for moving in parallel planes one with respect to the other. Base terminates in shank. Total length of base and shank is equal to length of lever. Nut receiving depressions are made stepped in the form of paraboloid of revolution.
