FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to devices for nut destruction, peeling and shelling. The device contains two pressing discs installed inclined relative each other by means of rollers; additionally the device contains a shaft on bearing supports, a drive and a loading bin. The pressing discs are pivotally mounted on the shaft by means of pins rigidly fixed in the transporting disc. The pressing discs are spring-actuated relative to the adjusting rollers by means of springs installed in the transporting disc holes. Cells in the form of a cylinder (having a conical part and a diameter exceeding the width of the transporting disc) are made radially along the cylindrical part of the transporting disc. A deflector roller is installed in the loading bin above the transporting disc. The deflector roller is designed as having a cylindrical part with a high friction coefficient made, for example, of rubber. The deflector roller is installed so that to enable rotation towards the opposite side and a higher rate relative to the transporting disc.

EFFECT: invention usage will allow to ensure quality removal of nut shell.
