FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: first material 7 is charged into die cavity defined by joined dies 1 and 2. Casing and flange of pin are made from this material. Then second material is charged to be pressed by punch 5 in a clearance formed between wall of die 1 and punch 6. Punch 6 is recovered, and third powder material is placed in the thus formed cavity for all the parts of pin to be subjected to final pressure. EFFECT: high compatibility with tyre rubber, improved strength and resistance to bending. 9 cl, 7 dwg
