Parts are removed and replaced after fastening a load-carrying member which has movable and stationary parts which, in turn, have projections on the lower surface for fastening grippers for teeth or bearing wheels replacement and also a hydraulic press for pressing out bushes. Axles are pressed out by inserting thrust transfer bars into holes of brackets on the stationary part of the load-carrying member and into the holes in the lower part of a suspension, fastening clamp members located on the movable part of the load-carrying member to the axle and axle replacement.
