Novelty resides in that the nutrient medium is prepared in the form of a water-coal suspension while the inoculant, in the form of a water-peat suspension by wet milling of coal or waste of coal industry and peat at a moisture content of 65-75% and a neutral pH, inoculation of the medium being performed by mixing it with inoculant.
