The loop embraces four rollers 5-8 positioned on body 1 for rotation about vertical axes. Longitudinal portions 9 and 10 of balancing loop are located lengthwise of sides of body 1. Lateral portions 11 and 12 rest in lateral planes extending through centers of carriages 2 and 3 to which corresponding portions of the loop are connected. One or two connections involve the use of resilient or resilient-dissipation apparatus 13 to reduce the mass of carriages 2 and 3. The resilient element of returning apparatus 13 can be fashioned as helical spring. Non-linear characteristics of returning apparatus 13 improve the dynamic performance of vehicle.
