FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: warp regulator has double-armed lever 9, which is turned counterclockwise about axis 10, when tension of warp threads is increased. Turning motion of lever 9 is transmitted through shackle 5 and roller 4 to arms 14 and 12 of double-armed lever 11, which is loosely rotatable about axis 10 counterclockwise. Bar 13 is lifted to turn swinging arm 21 clockwise and lever 21 counterclockwise. Such relative position of leverage system allows time of interaction between leverage system and friction coupling to be increased and feeding of warp threads from beam roll to be enhanced. When tension of warp threads is decreased, regulator operates in reverse order. As beam roll is being consumed, feeler 17 is turned clockwise and roller 20 of arm 18 is brought into engagement with bar 13 to move its upper end along arm 12. As a result length of arm 12 is increased and consequently time of interaction between leverage system and friction coupling 23 of drive of beam roll 16 is prolonged. Moreover, position angle α of warp branch is varied to cause deflection of resultant force P and shackle 5 for like angle a. Displacement of shackle 5 and roller 4 over protrusion 15 on exponent causes turning of double-armed lever 11 counterclockwise. As a result feeding of warp threads from beam roll is increased. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
