SUBSTANCE: power supply source has DC-to-DC converter 1, choke 2 connected to one of the power source buses, control transistor 3, starting capacitor 4 connected to common bus via one of the leading-out terminals, starting resistor 5 and control block 8 designed as pulse modulator 9 and pulse driver 10. DC-to-DC converter 1 has half-bridged inverter 11, power transformer 7, control-circuit transformer 12 and rectifiers 6, 13 connected to the secondary coils of power transformer 7. To dissipate the energy to be collected in choke coil 2, there is provided diode 25. EFFECT: increased power supply efficiency, improved quality. 1 dwg
