FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: arc-control contact system of high-voltage load switch has mobile arcing contact in the form of enveloping plate, immobile arcing contact including current conduit in the form of U-shaped clamp with embracing ends provided with arc-resistant elements in the form of solid hemispheres, spring to create contact pressure and pressing bar. Specified current conduit and spring are manufactured in the form of set of restoring single-piece U-shaped clamps with round constant and rectangular variable sections produced from material with high electric resistivity. Pressing bar has no locator. EFFECT: improved operational efficiency and reliability. 3 dwg
