SUBSTANCE: balance mixer includes transistor, first resistor, first capacitor, output parallel circuit, source of collector power supply, field-effect transistor, bias source, second capacitor, input transformer with primary and secondary windings, blocking capacitor, second resistor, stable current generator based on transistor of opposite polarity and additional resistor, third capacitor, supplementary transistor, third resistor, supplementary capacitor. Growth of dynamic range and stability of frequency conversion are ensured thanks to use of field-effect transistor with poor capacitive coupling between its gate and drain and of supplementary transistor forming antiphase signal for part of input signal penetrating output parallel circuit.
