SUBSTANCE: accumulator has electromagnet with single excitation coil, sectorized magnetic structure for keeping ion beam onto the path, which is formed by external yoke of electromagnet, impulse system for removing particles from the accumulator, open-type arc ion source, which has a positive potential relatively the earth, pulling-out electrode for extracting ions, generated by the source. EFFECT: production of intensive short bunches of multicharge ions. 3 dwg
