FIELD: transmitting units of long-range radars. SUBSTANCE: device has main and redundant units 1 and 2 connected through switching unit 4 with power supply wires, control signal source 3, first triac 5 of main unit and second triac 6 of redundant unit. Main and redundant units are made of reflection oscillators 21 and 23. Control signal source is made of first and second comparators 27 and 28. Output of first comparator 27 is connected to input of first inverter 10 through first differentiating circuit 8 and first decoupling diode 9 which are connected in series. In addition output of first comparator is connected to terminal of second decoupling diode 11. Another terminal of diode 11 is connected to control input of thyristor from control circuit of first triac 5. output of second comparator 28 is connected to input of first inverter 10 through second differentiating circuit 13, second inverter 14 and third decoupling diode 15 which are connected in series. Output of inverter 10 is connected to control input of second thyristor 17 in control circuit of second triac 6 through fourth decoupling diode 16. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 dwg
