FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: tool has U-shaped frame 1 with handle 2; a horizontal shaft, mounted in bearings and equipped with disks 5 with teeth 6 and stopping tool 8. The shaft has additional teeth 7, placed in intervals between disks 5. Stopping tool 8 is made as T-shaped grating frame, mounted by hinge 15 on handle 2. Grating frame has longitudinal rods 9 and 10, transverse rods 11 and additional bent up rods 18. The frame longitudinal rods 9 and 10, depending on adjusting, alternately contact butts of teeth 6 and 7, that have stops 14, or with their side surfaces 12.
