FIELD: soil treatment. SUBSTANCE: tool has handle 1, bushing 2 mounted onto handle 1 rigidly. Blade of crumbler 4 and ripping teeth 5 are fastened to the bushing at the opposite sides. Blade of crumbler 4 is made in form of a shovel together with ripping teeth 5. Blade is mounted onto bushing 2 by means of hinge for rotation about axis of the hinge and fixation by means of fitting unit 7 at the end mutually perpendicular positions, which have to be working positions.
