SUBSTANCE: device has voltage rectifier-doubler connected in series with controlled low-frequency generator, low-frequency step-up transformer, which has one output to be connected with passive electrode and the other one - with active electrode, made in form of gas-discharge element. The latter transforms high-voltage pulse currents to corona discharge to form plasma continuous oscillations with power 0.2-0.4 W.
