SUBSTANCE: composition has, %: plasticizer 24-31; phenolic antioxidant - ester of 3,5-di-tert.- butyl-4-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid and diethylene glycol or ester of 3,5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid pentaerythritol 0.05-0.3; phosphorus-containing stabilizing agent - nickel or zinc O,O-diphenyldithiophosphate 0.05-0.40; 2-(2′-hydroxy-5′-methylphenyl)-benzotriazole 0.1-0.3, and polyvinylbutyral - the rest. Other components are added to the mixture of polyvinylbutyral and plasticizer and stirred thoroughly. Heating films are pressed in inert atmosphere from composition prepared.
