FIELD: metallurgy of alloys. SUBSTANCE: steel has, wt.-%: carbon 0.01-0.08; silicon 0.1-0.8; manganese 0.1-0.8; chrome 13-18; titanium 0.05-0.5; aluminium 0.01-0.1; calcium 0.001-0.02; zirconium 0.005-0.035; nitrogen 0.001-0.025; boron 0.0003-0.005; barium 0.001-0.1; magnesium 0.001-0.02; rare-earth metals 0.001-0.05, and iron - the rest. Additional complex inclusion of boron, barium, magnesium and rare-earth elements and proposed ratio of components promote decrease quantity and size of nonmetallic inclusions, uniform distribution of carbides and nitrides, decreased formation of acute-angle inclusions. EFFECT: enhanced quality of steel. 1 tbl
