FIELD: well drilling. SUBSTANCE: pipe string with individual drive of feed and rotation has shaft installed in its hollow and having drilling tool on one end, and individual rotary drive, on the other end. Shaft is installed in lower part of pipe string on eccentric bearing for bearing displacement in radial direction. Outer surface of pipe string lower part is bevelled. To drill straight section of well, pipe string and shaft are rotated simultaneously. To drill well section with changing direction, direction of displacement of drilling shaft eccentrically is aligned with direction of required well deflection and shaft is rotated with pipe string feed without its rotation.
