FIELD: bore-hole drilling technology. SUBSTANCE: this relates to directed drilling of oil and gas wells and for controlled changing of angle of well deviation trajectory. According to method, straight sections of bore-holes are drilled at rotation of drilling bit and stopped drilling string. Slant sections of bore-holes are drilled at simultaneous rotation of motor rotor and drilling string in one direction and at equal rotation frequency. Device has bottom-hole motor and its body is connected with drilling string. Rotor of motor rotates relative to longitudinal axis of body. Also provided are inclinable spindle shaft which carries drilling bit, connecting unit of rotor and spindle shaft, bearing support and calibrator. Connecting unit is made in the form of pivoted coupling. Spindle shaft support is made as spherical with center lying on motor axis. Spindle shaft is installed for possible rotation relative to its center. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg
