FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: purse-string stitch is put into the mucous membrane of the adducting portion of the tubular organ along its perimeter. The thread ends of the purse-string stitch are drawn outside through a puncture in the organ wall. The organ edge is invaginated into the clearance below the purse-string suture level. The adducting portion of the organ with internal drainage is introduced into the opening of the invagination. The thread ends of the purse-string suture are tied up.
