FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has three cylinders. The middle one has three curved plates. The other two have the same height and diameter serving as carcass and placed inside of the middle cylinder on its edges. Each of them has six openings spaced over the perimeter. Two holes are produced in the end portions of each plate coaxially to each opening. Each plate has two holes for fastening them to esophagus wall. Integral thread is brought through holes in plates and cylinders and tied together. Non-insulated portion of metal electrode wire is attached to the integral thread in the close proximity to one the cylinders. The cylinder is fixed to the insulated portion of metal electrode wire to be brought outside through the nasoesophageal probe. EFFECT: excluded anastomosis inconsistency; controllable period of holding the device in the anastomosis zone. 3 cl, 3 dwg
