FIELD: construction material industry. SUBSTANCE: grinding device has U-shaped housing with drive reversing drum and flexible hose coiled about drum. Free end of flexible hose is passed through central part of toroid-shaped member, lowered downward into right part of housing, bent and fixed along perimeter of housing. Scrapers are secured between drum and toroid-shaped member. Space between toroid-shaped member and turned-out end of hose is filled with grinding bodies and communicated with basic material supply system. Left part of housing is communicated with ground material discharge system. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 cl, 1 dwg
