SUBSTANCE: comminuting device has horizontal casing with systems to feed initial and remove comminuted material, working member with reciprocating motion, drive. Working member is made in the form of at least two tori put onto a rope by their kerns. The tori are tied to each other by infinite bands with space between tori filled with milling bodies. The rope ends are winded on the drive made in the form of drive drams, installed in opposite ends of the casing. EFFECT: highly effective comminution. 1 dwg
