FIELD: a process for preparing explosives. SUBSTANCE: some amount of an oxidizing agent is dissolved in water, the resulting solution is mixed with a fuel phase containing fuel and an emulsifier at a temperature of 60-100 C and having a water content of 5-18% in the resulting emulsion. The remaining amount of the oxidizing agent is dissolved in water and it is mixed with microspheres made of an inorganic material or with a thermoplastic organic material or with a gas generating agent, the water content being 25-60% in the resulting mixture. The both mixtures are then stirred at a temperature not higher than 40 C. The both mixtures are fed to a mixer along the common hose in which the emulsion is carried in the central portion and the second mixture is carried in the form of a liquid ring that envelopes the emulsion. EFFECT: improves properties of the explosive emulsion. 2 cl, 1 tbl
