SUBSTANCE: membrane is secured to base in form of stepped disk of membrane section of valve body by means of circular insert to which axially passed is ring with groove and circular projection. Stability of membrane is ensured by funnel embracing circular projection with gap. Flushing lever is installed on needle coaxial to circular protrusion. Needle one end is connected with base. Formed between membrane and base is pressure chamber whose space is communicated by means of circular gap with supply branch pipe and axial hole of tubular protrusion with space of cistern.
