SUBSTANCE: filling valve comprises an inlet valve body with a nozzle for connecting a supply line, which is fixed in an opening on the side of the vessel, a shutoff element seat located inside the valve seat and a narrowing through hole of the nozzle, made with possibility of placing a shutoff element on it, a shutoff element housing mounted inside the container, comprising a shutoff element cover configured to interact with the shutoff element seat, and from outside a valve cover configured to interact with the valve seat. Shutoff element is of elastic stocking type with side walls turned outwards, the base of which along the perimeter holds an axial position fixture installed between the cover and the seat of the locking element. Shutoff element is made with possibility of opening the through hole of the nozzle under the pressure of the liquid entering the tank and closing the through hole of the nozzle under the action of the float with the bushing, which moves along the hollow guide, by means of a buoyancy force transmitted from the float through a rod, movably connected to the housing of the shutoff element by means of a hinged rocker and a lever, and through lever by pushing force on pusher, end resting on shutoff element. Between the shutoff element cover inner side surface and the shutoff element seat outer side surface, between the shutoff element seat outer side surface and the valve cover inner side surface there are gaps interconnected and forming the valve working chamber, which is connected to inner volume of container through throttling holes with possibility of throttling of water flow passing through hollow guide.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of counter-pressure filling fittings for a tank with lateral liquid supply and enlarging the range of technical facilities.
