Abstract RU 2018822 C1

FIELD: analytic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: stationary phase is essentially copolymer of dian epoxy resin having average molecular mass 500 and polyethylene flycol having average molecular mass 400 at mole ratio of source components from 1.00: 0.77 to 1.00:1.33. Stationary phase is synthesized directly in chromatographic capillary tube made of Pyrex glass or quartz. Source composition is applied to capillary tube walls by dynamic method at high pressure. Capillary tube is saturated with triethylamine catalyst vapors at room temperature for 20-30 minutes at inert gas carrier pressure of 0.2-0.3 atm, then sealed up and subjected to thermostatic control at 190-200 C for 1.5-2.0 h. Finished column is conditioned to stationary-phase maximum working temperature of 280 C. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 cl, 2 tbl, 6 dwg
