FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: relative mass of thymus gland and index of vegetation equilibrium are determined at child. Said index is calculated by using duration of cardiac cycle. Additionally sodium and potassium content is determined in saliva of patient. If relative mass of thymus gland is 2.0- 2.7, index of vegetation equilibrium is 261-418 units and ratio of sodium and potassium content is 0.1-0.13 then examined patient is of risk group. If the first index is 2.8 and more, second is 419 units and more and if the third index is 0.5 then diseased state is diagnosed. Accuracy of proposed method is 88.9%.
