FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves studying newborn blood sample and determining in it having diagnostically significant value. Leukocyte migration index and class M immunoglobulin are determined as the diagnostically significant values. Leukocyte migration index being less than 45% or greater than 100%, and class M immunoglobulin level being greater than 0.08 g/l, early stage deviations of mature newborn immune status is diagnosed.
