FIELD: scientific instrument making. SUBSTANCE: apparatus having the body 1 with the crystal holder 2 and the drive mechanism 3, also has the slide 4 and the adjustable support 5. The body 1 is in the form of II-shaped plate, having cross grooves 6 on its inner surface; on its outer surface the crystal holder 2 is mounted. One of lateral sides of the plate of the body 1 has three guides, supporting the slide 4. An upper portion of second lateral side the plate, having slots, supports the adjustable support 5 in the form of a screw with a nut. A rest surface of the slide 4 engages with the guide 7 through a set of balls 11, and its lower lateral surface engages with the drive mechanism 3, mounted on the lateral surface of the plate of the body 1. Between the slide and the adjustable support 5 a connecting member in the form of the cylinder 12 is mounted, the cylinder 12 is joined with the slide 4 and with the support 5 with the aid of two balls 13, placed in semispherical recesses 14 of the slide 4, in the support 5 and in the end surfaces of the cylinders 12. EFFECT: increased accuracy and enhanced quality of crystal bending; such instrument allows to achieve good repetition of crystal bending and also eliminates cross deformation of a body of the apparatus. 1 cl, 4 dwg
