FIELD: training equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has finger-bar composed of two parts extending along its length and rigidly connected by sleeve. Finger-bar is enclosed by two flanged handles. One handle is mounted for progressive movement and other for twisting. Axial force and torque measuring members are fixed on handle flanges. Each measuring member has body with resilient annular part for receiving watch-type counter secured on body. Axial force measuring member resilient part is fixed on respective end of finger-bar.
